< Return to Events Gary Klausner Speaks At National Conference of Bankruptcy JudgesNovember 3, 2005 In November 2005, at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges in San Antonio, Texas, ST&G partner Gary Klausner will be presenting a program entitled "The New Legislation: An Ethical, Criminal, Administrative and Malpractice Quandary". This program will address the impact of many of the changes to the bankruptcy law that were enacted in October of 2005 with the Bankruptcy Abuse and Consumer Protection Act. Mr. Klausner chairs the ABA Business Law Section subcommittee on Bankruptcy Crimes, Fraud and Abuse.
