The "Recent Developments" seminar is an annual event that provides bankruptcy practitioners with insights from , and analysis of, the most important bankruptcy case law decisions of the year. This event is co-sponsored by the Financial Lawyers Conference and the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, and is always well attended.
