< Return to Events Jeff Davidson To Speak At The 21st Annual Bankruptcy Year In Review SeminarMarch 10, 2006 On March 10, 2006, ST&G shareholder Jeff Davidson will be speaking at the 21st Annual Bankruptcy Year In Review Seminar in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mr. Davidson's presentation will focus on the changes to the bankruptcy law that were recently enacted pursuant to the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, and will also address recent developments in Chapter 11 case law. This event is sponsored by the Bankruptcy Section of the New Mexico State Bar, and will take place at the New Mexico State Bar Center.
