Krause will participate in a panel discussion titled, "Real Estate: Cold Is Hot Valuation, Single Assets And Guarantor Issues" at the 83rd Annual National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges to be held on October 18-21, 2009 in Las Vegas, N.V. The panel discussion will be moderated by Prof. Mechele Dickerson, University of Texas School of Law, and include other panelists, Ronald F. Greenspan, FTI Consulting Inc., and Pauline K.
