< Return to Firm News Valley Health System's Court Grants a Prelimary Injunction Against SEIU
On behalf of Valley Health System, a California Local Health Care District ("VHS"), Stutman, Treister & Glatt, which had filed and successfully defended its chapter 9 filing, obtained a preliminary injunction against the Service Employees International Union ("SEIU"). The preliminary injunction enjoins SEIU from proceeding with the prosecution of a complaint before the Public Employment Relations Board ("PERB") which sought to compel VHS to execute a prepetition collective bargaining agreement.
