< Return to Firm News Valley Health System Hires ST&G for its Chapter 9 Proceeding
On December 13, 2007, Stutman, Treister & Glatt, P.C. filed a chapter 9 petition for Valley Health System, a California Local Health Care (the "District") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, Riverside Division. At the time the petition was filed, the District owned and operated 3 hospitals and 1 skilled nursing facility in Riverside County California. The Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit assigned the Honorable Peter H. Carroll, United States Bankruptcy Judge, to preside over the case.
