| Ms. Chow is of counsel to ST&G. She attended the University of
California at Los Angeles where she received her B.S. in Mathematics
and Computer Science in 1990, and then attended Stanford Law School,
receiving her J.D. in 1993. Ms. Chow was admitted to the bar in
California in 1993 and admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia
in 1996 (inactive).
Ms. Chow is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.
