| Mr. Glazer is a member of ST&G, and was admitted to the California bar in 2006. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona, where he received his B.A. in Economics and Finance, magna cum laude, in 2001. Mr. Glazer received his J.D., cum laude, in 2006 from the University of Southern California Law School where he served on the Law Review. Mr. Glazer is also a U.S. patent holder.
Mr. Glazer's practice has focused primarily on the representation of creditor committees and liquidating trusts in chapter 11 cases. Most recently, Mr. Glazer has represented both the creditor committee and liquidating trust in Ownit Mortgage Solutions, Inc. (Los Angeles, CA), a subprime mortgage case. Mr. Glazer has also represented equity committees and secured creditors in chapter 11 cases.
