| Mr. Glazer is a member of ST&G,
and was admitted to the California
bar in 2006. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona,
where he received his B.A. in Economics and Finance, magna cum laude, in
2001. Mr. Glazer received his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Southern
California Law School where he served on the Law
Review and graduated in the top 10% of his class. Mr. Glazer is also a U.S. patent
holder.
Mr. Glazer has
represented a wide variety of clients and interests in chapter 11 cases,
including creditor and equity committees, liquidating trusts, operating
debtors, secured creditors, and hedge funds in connection with complex chapter
11 reorganizations. Mr. Glazer currently
represents Meruelo Maddux Properties, Inc. and various related entities that
are collectively the largest non-government land owners in downtown Los Angeles,
as debtors-in-possession in their consolidated chapter 11 cases. Recently, Mr. Glazer also represented the court-appointed
Examiner in the consolidated bankruptcy cases of Extended Stay Hotels,
Inc. Mr. Glazer also continues to
represent the Ownit Liquidating Trust, which was established in the bankruptcy
case of Ownit Mortgage Solutions, Inc. – the first sub-prime mortgage lender to
seek bankruptcy protection in the most-recent wave of filings. After
successfully pursuing several causes of action, the Ownit Liquidating Trust
recently distributed $22.3 million to unsecured creditors.
