  Ms. Morgulas is of counsel to ST&G.  She was born in Modesto, California in 1973.  Ms. Morgulas attended Brigham Young University, where she received a B.A., cum laude, in 1996, and the University of Chicago, where she received a J.D. in 1999.

Ms. Morgulas was admitted to the state bars of Delaware, California, and New York in 1999, 2003, and 2007, respectively.  She is an active member of the bars of California and New York, and maintains inactive status in Delaware.  Ms. Morgulas is authorized to practice in numerous U.S. District Courts around the country, including the Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. 

Ms. Morgulas has been involved in numerous bankruptcy cases where she represented debtors, including, significantly, Mariner Post-Acute Network and Mariner Health Group.  Ms. Morgulas represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the bankruptcy case of Aladdin Gaming and the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders of 3dfx Interactive.  In addition, she has represented numerous individuals and business entities, both in and out-of court, in connection with restructurings and other business ventures.
