Mr. Glatt is a founding member of ST&G, and has been with the firm since 1955. He specializes in corporate
reorganization, insolvency, bankruptcy law and mediation.
Mr. Glatt has served as a Lecturer at Southern California School of
Law in "Creditors Rights," and as Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola
University School of Law where he lectured on "Corporate
Reorganization." He has been a Member of the National Panel of the
American Arbitration Association since 1964.
Representative engagements include the representation of Itel Corporation; Storage
Technology; Mattel, Inc.; and Public Service Company of New Hampshire,
a public utility, in its chapter 11 case. Mr. Glatt has also
represented the Hunt Brothers and John DeLorean in connection with his
efforts to rehabilitate the DeLorean Motor Corporation.
Mr. Glatt is a Member of the
Los Angeles County and American Bar
Associations. He served as Chairperson of the Business Bankruptcy
Committee of the Business and Banking Section of the American Bar
Association. Mr. Glatt is also a Fellow of the American College
of
Bankruptcy.
